Mitch Russo – What it takes to be a CEO


I am really excited about this episode, where I interview Mitch Russo. Mitch Russo is a serial entrepreneur and has built several large companies over the years. Most people know Mitch as the former CEO and partner of Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes Business Breakthroughs Int’l which together they grew to $25M+ per year in revenue.

Before that, he founded Timeslips Corp which was purchased after reaching $10M in sales.
 
In this episode, Mitch reveals how he used influencer marketing as a CEO, as well as what it takes to be a successful CEO (Hint: you need to create products, stories, and relationships).
 
Mitch published a book in 2015 called “The Invisible Organization” which had the forward written by famous business guru Jay Abraham. It was an Amazon Best Seller.  He has been nominated by Inc Magazine 2X for “Entrepreneur of the Year” and have been a featured speaker at many events.
